This piece represents modern perspective in that we hold and share ideas and perspectives in the palm of our hands. Ideas are just seeds within fruit waiting to be planted. With unity of a community and the right resources even the most depressed seed has the potential to bloom a beautiful flower.
Even for those without access to phones, or even those more unfortunate without the knowledge to write, have the power to communicate though visual means by use of our hands. Communication is so routed into hands that even non-creatives, academics or even the literal voiceless are able to tell their stories. From calluses to wrinkles, art has no boundaries with which to paint.
